The method is very easy. You only have to prepare ingredients that are simple and easy to find. Just prepare:
- 500 grams of potatoes, steamed and pureed
- 150 gr maize
- 50 gr cheese, grated
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of fine pepper
- 1/2 tsp royco
- 1 stem of celery leaves, finely sliced
- Mix all ingredients, mix well and knead until the mixture can be formed.
- Here I form a stick, take a small amount of dough ... rinse the mixture and cut it with a knife with the same size.
- Fry over low heat until golden yellow, remove and drain.
- Ready to be served.
