- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 teaspoon of sesame seeds
- Chopped scallions to taste
- For the sauce, you can mix all the ingredients of the sauce evenly and serve with the pancakes.
- Take the container and mix the flour with water and mix well. Try the texture of the dough like pancake dough.
- Then add salt and sugar, then add pepper and garlic. Mix well and add chives and chives.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of cooking oil on a nonstick pan and add one third of the mixture to the pan. Flatten the dough thinly on the pan.
- Add the seafood to the pancakes and add the chili slices to taste.
- Pour one third of the beaten egg on the top of the seafood and leave it for 3 minutes.
- Turn the pancakes over and press the surface of the pancake using a large spatula until cooked.
- Serve pancakes with seafood on the top.
