Sauce ingredients:
  • 3 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon of sesame seeds
  • Chopped scallions to taste
How to make :

  1. For the sauce, you can mix all the ingredients of the sauce evenly and serve with the pancakes.
  2. Take the container and mix the flour with water and mix well. Try the texture of the dough like pancake dough.
  3. Then add salt and sugar, then add pepper and garlic. Mix well and add chives and chives.
  4. Heat 2 tablespoons of cooking oil on a nonstick pan and add one third of the mixture to the pan. Flatten the dough thinly on the pan.
  5. Add the seafood to the pancakes and add the chili slices to taste.
  6. Pour one third of the beaten egg on the top of the seafood and leave it for 3 minutes.
