One of the favorite snacks for many people, especially children, is donuts. Donuts are cakes that have a soft texture and topped with cream or other ingredients.
Material A:
- 225 grams of cakra flour
- 1/8 teaspoon of fine salt
- 150 ml of water
- 7 grams of instant yeast
Material B:
- 50 grams of cakra flour
- 1 beaten egg, then into two equal parts
- 15 grams of full cream milk powder
- 30 grams of white butter
- 30 grams of sugar
Oreo Donuts Sprinkling Material:
- 100 gr butter cream
- 200 gr oreo biscuits, puree
Easy and Practical Ways to Make Oreo Donuts:
- We mix all ingredients into one and mix well. Leave in the container for 90 minutes or 1 hour and a half.
- Store in a closed container.
- After 90 minutes (batter A), mix with mixture B, knead with your hands until the donut dough becomes smooth. Knead about 10 minutes.
- Then let stand again for about 15 minutes in a closed container.
- After 15 minutes, roll the 1 cm thick donut dough and let it sit again for 10 minutes.
- Then print the dough in a donut mold or you can print it yourself using your hands and let it sit again for 10 minutes.
- Heat the oil then fry the donuts until cooked (just use a small flame so that the donuts are perfectly cooked).
- After a cold, you can decorate it with various sprinkles with Butter Cream and oreo biscuits that have been pureed.
