BLUEBERRY BUTTERMILK PANCAKE BITES

Near & fluffy blueberry buttermilk hotcake bites dry to gilded perfection and topped with a pat of butter and hot maple syrup.

There are few things wagerer than watching the steam increase from the tops of gilded battercake bites as hot sirup is drizzled on top of a pat of butter. Whoa somebody. And retributive in moment for holiday brunch! These short gems are perfect for kids and adults on Christmastide period ?? Ingredients
  • Dry Ingredients:
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Wet Ingredients:
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups buttermilk
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
  • 1 ⁄2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Cooking Spray
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 2 cups pancake syrup fun if poured into ramekins for dipping!
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Analyze the dry ingredients together in a vast containerful.
