INGREDIENTS
- 100 g chicken breast fillets, cut into cubes
- 100 g peeled shrimp
- 200 g chicory
- 2 know the eggs, sliced somewhat thicker
- 1 carrot, sliced oblique
- 3 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- fruit ½ onion, sliced lengthwise
- 1 cm ginger
- 2 large red chilies, thinly sliced
- 3 tbsp oyster sauce

- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 350 ml chicken stock
- 1 stalk spring onion
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ TSP pepper
- 1 tsp granulated sugar
- cooking oil for sautéing
- 1 tbsp of cornstarch and 25 ml of water (to thicken gravy if necessary)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Saute garlic, onion, and Ginger until fragrant.
- Stir in chicken and shrimp. Stir until shrimp is cooked or discolored.
- Add the carrots, and chicory. Stir until half wilted.
- Stir in oyster sauce, fish sauce and chicken broth. Mix well.
- Season with salt, pepper and sugar. Stir evenly and then thicken the gravy with cornstarch solution when you want to. Stir until it explodes-letup. Add the tofu and green onions. Mix well.
